About Us
CDK Family Medicine and Walk-In Clinic was opened on June 1, 2010 by Dr. Chris Denis Kozanitis.
In addition to providing rostered patients with comprehensive family medicine, the clinic also offers medical services to unattached patients of Kingston and the surrounding areas through the walk-in clinic.
CDK Family Medicine & Walk-In Clinic, located at 175 Princess Street, is a family medicine practice with a parallel walk-in clinic. The walk-in clinic offers healthcare accessibility to those without a family doctor and reduces the burden of non-emergent issues flooding the ER. The walk-in clinic is open to everyone without a family doctor and individuals with time-sensitive (but non-emergency) issues.
In 2015, Dr. Kozanitis opened up his second branch of CDK Family Medicine - located at Unit 8, 105 Sutherland Drive, offering traditional family medicine, psychotherapy and care of elderly from our regular physicians.
